Duties
- Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Perform meal preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all cooking tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure high-quality food standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and mixers safely and effectively.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements as needed.
Qualifications
