Position Title: Kitchen Staff
Location: Pocono Valley – Pocono Mountains, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare the dining area for meal service.
- Serve food and assist campers and staff as needed.
- Clear tables and maintain the cleanliness of the dining hall after meals.
- Assist cooks and sou chefs with daily kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy mealtimes.
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
- Workdays may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on camp needs.
- Primarily outdoor and indoor work in a camp setting, with exposure to changing weather conditions.
- Role may require flexibility based on camper turnover and special events.
