Lead Operations: Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
DeliverQuality: Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards whilemaintainingstrict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Empower Your Team: Provide the tools, resources, and ongoing training your team needs to excel every day.
OptimizeProductivity: Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and keep operations running seamlessly.
Champion Standards: Uphold Dash In’s commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of back-of-house operations.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track.
WhatWe’reLooking For:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
Education: High school diploma or equivalentor interest inenrolling inour employer-paid GED completion program.
Ambition:Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability tolift upto 50 lbs. and ability to use POS technology
Successful completion of background check and drug screening

ActiveServSafecertification.
