What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping lead daily kitchen operations-from food prep to serving-with quality, safety, and heart
• Opening and closing the kitchen, staying on top of supplies, and reducing waste
• Guiding and inspiring a team of food service professionals in a respectful, routine-based environment
• Jumping in to support your team-90% of your day is hands-on and right in the action
• Keeping everything clean, safe, and compliant-from kitchen spaces to checklists and audits
• Creating a positive dining experience with consistent, nourishing meals that feel like home
• Pitching in with food orders, government commodities, and day-to-day kitchen needs
• Handling customer feedback with positivity and purpose
• Celebrating seasonal menus, wellness promotions, and community initiatives
