As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll help prepare our fresh, made-to-order meals, keep the kitchen running smoothly during the dinner rush, and leave everything clean, stocked, and ready for the next day.

What You'll Do

• Help make every ButterBurger and basket something worth coming back for.
• Work alongside team members during our busy dinner and evening hours
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas
• Stock ingredients and supplies for the next day's shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Can work evening and closing shifts
• Enjoys staying active and busy throughout the shift
• Works well as part of a team
• Pays attention to detail
• Is dependable and arrives ready to work

This is a back-of-house kitchen position. Most of your shift will be spent preparing food, cleaning, stocking, and working with your Blue Crew team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and ending each shift knowing you've accomplished something, you'll fit right in.
