We Are:

Accenture is recognized as a global leader in AI and cloud transformation, helping businesses across industries reimagine the digital core for an AI-native operating model. Through partnerships with frontier AI labs such as Anthropic and OpenAI, and the leading cloud providers, Accenture delivers end-to-end services that drive innovation and business agility.

The Digital Core Reinvention practice builds the knowledge structures that make AI answers reliable. Our distinctive angle: scalpel-precision ontologies co-evolved with specific client builds - knowledge layers scoped to the business problem, engineered so agents can look up and reason over trusted enterprise meaning.

You Are:

An engineer who believes agents need meaning, not just data - fluent across the knowledge-graph lifecycle and most at home when an ontology is shaped against a real business problem rather than modeled in the abstract.

You belong here even if you haven't spent years in AI. Much of what makes a great practitioner in this work was learned somewhere adjacent - strong credentials in the neighboring discipline plus a year or two of serious hands-on work with LLM-based systems is exactly the profile we grow.

The Work:

At the Manager grade you lead the ontology work on a single engagement: schema and taxonomy design, knowledge-graph construction, retrieval-augmented generation over the resulting corpus, and the agent context engineering that makes the knowledge consumable (all four are named skills on this family's W16 matrix).

At the Senior Manager grade you hold authority across engagements and shape the method. We assess that fit at interview, not at requisition.

This is a joint posting covering Manager (CL7) and Senior Manager (CL6) grades, with Accenture's one-level lift at the firm's discretion.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
