Job Description

The Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) organization is seeking a Knowledge & Learning Program Manager to serve as the dedicated Readiness Partner for the NSOC business unit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between formal technical training and in-the-moment knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for curating agile, role-based learning paths, championing industry-standard knowledge management best practices, and partnering cross-functionally to help ensure support teams are equipped to solve complex problems efficiently.

The ideal candidate understands that learning and knowledge are not just administrative functions, but critical drivers of operational efficiency, faster resolution times, and elevated customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Business Unit Readiness & Alignment

• Stakeholder Alignment to serve as the primary Knowledge & Learning (K&L) liaison to NSOC leadership, aligning readiness strategies directly with operational workflows
• Capability Gap Analysis to translate technical capability gaps into actionable, role-based learning paths and knowledge capture strategies
• Operational Readiness to partner cross-functionally and support seamless execution of learning programs across teams

Knowledge Management & Coaching

• Knowledge Management Championing to champion industry-standard knowledge management practices at the team level, helping to ensure accurate incident documentation and rapid capture of zero-day solutions
• Content Health & Metrics to monitor usage and contribution metrics while coaching personnel to improve content health and leverage collective organization experience
• Self-Service Strategy to promote strategies that make internal technical knowledge accessible to external customers and service partners, supporting self-service success and operational parity

Learning Strategy & Governance

• Curriculum Curation to identify technical training gaps, define requirements for content creation with external education partners, and curate modular, agile curriculum blocks that accelerate time-to-proficiency for new hires
• Technology Integration to lead the integration of specialized troubleshooting methodologies and emerging AI technologies into daily support operations
• Cross-Functional Governance to partner with Process Management teams to build training on validated workflows, while providing data-driven requirements to Change Enablement and Platform teams to reduce friction in knowledge capture

Technical Expertise

• Knowledge Management Methodologies to drive best practices in content curation, incident documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Adult Learning Frameworks to design agile, modular learning paths and technical training curricula
• AI & Troubleshooting Technologies to integrate specialized methodologies and emerging AI tools into daily operations

Professional Experience

• Cross-Functional Collaboration to partner effectively with Process Management, Change Enablement, and Platform teams
• Metrics & Analytics to evaluate usage metrics, content health, and operational readiness outcomes
• Communication Skills to serve as a liaison between technical operations and program stakeholders with clarity and impact

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
