Immediate need for a talented Korean Bilingual Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator . Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, travel coordination, and expense reports for executives and managing directors Support meetings, scheduling, and operational coordination Assist with data entry, reporting, and analytics projects Coordinate office operations, supplies, snacks, and team events Create and translate PowerPoint presentations (Korean English) Support communication and coordination with Korea headquarters Assist with social media and special projects as needed Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Business-level fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) 1–3 years of administrative, operations, or coordinator experience preferred Recent graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience supporting executives or leadership teams Exposure to operations, analytics, startups, venture capital, or global teams is a plus Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
