Responsibilities

• Enforce property rules and regulations with a focus on conflict management and de-escalation techniques
• Process trucks inbound and outbound.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities during the shift
• Assist in maintaining a secure environment through vigilant observation and proactive intervention

Qualifications

• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with security procedures, conflict resolution, and emergency response protocols
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
