What we may ask, when needed, is the person be able to go to our Operations center in Boulder (the old IBM facility there if you recall). Were also wanting/needing these L2 network folks to do 3-4 12 hour shifts...what we call front/back days. Our compute and Network Operations is 24x7 support. So folks work 3 days 12 hours one week and the next is 4 days 12 hours.
