    Enterprise/DNAIE/DNAIE/ITIL 4 Foundation

    Experienced in leading the optimization of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
    (IPAM) solutions, with the ability to resolve complex issues and drive best practices
    for enterprise-scale DDI operations.

    Experienced in Cisco DNA Center, with the ability to lead the optimization of network
    automation, assurance, and policy features to support large-scale enterprise
    operations.

    Knowledgeable in Cisco Routing and Switching, with the ability to lead the
    implementation, and troubleshooting of complex, large-scale network
    infrastructures.

    Aware of advanced Cisco Identity Services Engine (Client) features, with the ability to
    lead the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex access
    control and authentication policies.

    Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill
    development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and
    adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major
    incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and
    comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a collaborative and positive team
    culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships
    across delivery teams.
