Pay Range: $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Perform sanitary cleaning operations in a sterile environment according to strict procedures
- Stock sterile and non-sterile protective garments in the correct order
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation and signing it
- Complete required training courses in accordance with company policies
- Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning products
- Assist other departments as needed
- Work safely and effectively in accordance with company regulations
- Undertake additional tasks as requested
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High school diploma
- Experience following cleanroom protocols
- Ability to work in a sterile environment handling biological and hazardous waste
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as necessary
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Previous cleaning experience in a cleanroom/cGMP environment is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Customer-oriented and performance-driven
