The Opportunity
Support laboratory experiments and research activities
Prepare lab materials and samples for testing
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
Assist with data collection and documentation
Maintain lab inventory and equipment
Key Skills Desired
Previous experience with equipment maintenance
Experience with hand tools
High attention to detail
Experience with Excel or Google sheets
Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.G., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field)
Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks.

Knowledge of industry best practices
