LOCATION: Vancouver, Wa

SALARY: $23 - $25 per hour DOE

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (flex start between 7:00–8:30 AM), Temporary 3 – 6 months




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine and non-routine lab tests of varying complexity

  • Prepare samples and conduct physical and chemical analysis of adhesives and coatings

  • Manage technical service requests, including documentation and communication with stakeholders

  • Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and materials, including shipments and preventative maintenance

  • Execute test plans to support product development, root cause analysis, and process improvements




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Lab testing experience or at least two years of recent chemistry coursework;

  • Manufacturing or adhesives experience a plus




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work is performed in both a laboratory and production environment

  • Ability to lift and move 40-50 pounds frequently.

  • Must be comfortable working in a setting that may reflect typical manufacturing floor conditions
