Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Lab Technician to join a great team in West Jefferson, OH.
This is a first shift position Monday-Friday as a full-time, long-term role with benefits! Responsibilities:
Communicate routine research procedures and results for reports.
Work on semi-routine assignments and recognize deviations from accepted practice.
Train and guide less experienced staff and provide input for performance reviews.
Verify the accuracy, applicability, and reasonableness of project work.
Conduct standard and non-standard tasks under supervision.
Keep the supervisor regularly informed on work status.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field or 1 year of relevant experience.
Driver's License.
Perform routine specified analysis of data.
