Lab Test Supervisor

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Lab Testing Supervisor for a full-time direct hire position. The Testing Lab Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a laboratory focused on product testing, quality assurance, and compliance. This position ensures that testing procedures are executed accurately, safely, and according to industry standards. The Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians, managing lab resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily lab activities, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all testing procedures comply with internal protocols and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, CLIA, CAP).
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Develop and implement quality control and assurance programs.
• Monitor lab safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental and occupational health standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to support product development and troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of lab safety, testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with lab information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
