• Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Roseville, MN 55108
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (40 hours/week with a daily 30-minute break)

• Comfortable moving between die cutting, laminating, and slitting without missing a beat
• Known for calm, methodical troubleshooting when a line throws a curveball

What you’ll do

• Own the setup and operation of a 13-inch Delta web press for labels and packaging
• Execute converting processes: die cutting, laminating, slitting, and web handling
• Continuously monitor performance; adjust to keep quality and output on target
• Quickly resolve mechanical and production issues
• Inspect finished product and verify it meets all specifications
• Read job tickets, follow production schedules, and adhere to work instructions
• Document production results and track materials accurately
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on the press
• Follow safety policies and production standards consistently
• Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

What you bring

• At least 2 years of recent experience running Delta presses (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with die cutting, laminating, slitting, and web press operations
• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Manufacturing background in labels, printing, packaging, or converting preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
