What Youll Do
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery setting.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
- Perform fetal heart monitoring and recognize changes requiring appropriate clinical response.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders and applicable protocols.
- Coordinate care with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in EPIC.
- Support safe, organized patient care in a setting with an expected 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
What You Need
Required- Registered Nurse licensure.
- ACLS certification.
- AWHONN Intermediate certification.
- BLS certification.
- NRP certification.
- FHM competency or certification.
- 4 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Prior travel experience; first-time travelers are not accepted.
- EPIC experience.
