Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school or similar plus:
3–5+ Years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
Experience litigating across a range of employment law matters
Active California Bar admission
Experience handling employment disputes from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
Strong background in employment-related litigation, with exposure to matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, and related workplace claims
Strong academic credentials and experience thriving in a high-level, collaborative law firm environment
