Were looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a collaborative, fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit serving a diverse patient populationincluding high-risk obstetrics. What Youll Do:

• ️Provide evidence-based, family-centered care through all phases of labor and deliveryfrom triage to postpartum
• Manage complex cases including inductions, VBACs, preeclampsia, and C-sections
• Circulate in OB operating rooms and recover patients in PACU
• Interpret and respond to electronic fetal monitoring and maternal assessments
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and NICU teams to ensure safe outcomes
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care
• Uphold safety, infection control, and documentation standards

What Were Looking For:

• Current RN license (Texas or compact eligible)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or in progress
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE (or ability to obtain)
• Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation (EFM certification preferred)
• Comfortable circulating in OB OR and managing high-risk obstetric emergencies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
• EMR proficiency (Epic strongly preferred)
