Labor & Employment Paralegal

A well-established law firm in downtown Jackson is seeking a detail-oriented Labor & Employment Paralegal to support its attorneys in employment and labor law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with labor and employment law cases, including case preparation and litigation support.

• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials.

• Conduct legal research and assist with preparing case summaries and supporting documentation.

• Organize and maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings.

• Coordinate depositions, hearings, meetings, and other case-related activities.

• Manage discovery documents, records, and other confidential information.

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
