We are on the hunt for a visionary Laboratory Director who is passionate about shaping the future of healthcare diagnostics. Our hospital is not just a workplace; it's a community where your expertise will drive change and improve lives.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and innovate in our state-of-the-art diagnostic laboratory.
• Manage and administer departmental resources with a strategic vision.
• Engage in clinical duties in adherence to departmental policy.
• Provide advanced clinical expertise and educational growth for staff.
• Champion patient-centered services, ensuring excellence in laboratory and hospital QA and Performance Improvement activities.
• Uphold JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, and CLIA 88 standards as the Laboratory Compliance Officer.
• Contribute to the hospital's Service Excellence Program, focusing on patient care and satisfaction metrics (HCAHPS and Core Measure Set).

Who We're Looking For:

• Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or a related science.
• 5 years of general laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist.
• 3 years in a Director or Manager role in a clinical laboratory, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Nationally recognized certification.
