Need to be flexible - may be asked to work an alternate shift on occasion to cover staffing changes Every other weekend required WA MAP in hand required for submittals Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: Yes On-Call Required: No Certs REQ: BLS, WA MSP Phleb Locals accepted: No. **Please note: Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract** Pending License accepted: No - WA MSP Phleb in hand required for submittals RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included in submittal Hospital Highlights: Providence St. Peter Hospital Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds: 325 Charting: EPIC
