The Scientific Laboratory Technician Lv1 will perform routine analytical and laboratory testing to support food safety, quality, and operational teams. This role involves testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, monitoring laboratory instruments, documenting test results, and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine analytical and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative inspections to support food safety and quality requirements.
Monitor laboratory instrumentation and perform calibration checks, preventive maintenance, and simple repairs.
Record, interpret, and document test results in databases.
Communicate test results to internal teams and customers as required.
Maintain customer specification documents and testing records.
Follow food safety, regulatory, and laboratory compliance procedures.
Support complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate team.
