Job Description
A-Line Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented laboratory professional to support fragrance product testing and quality evaluation. This opportunity is ideal for someone with laboratory experience who can independently conduct routine testing, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure fine fragrance products meet performance and stability standards.

Location: 250 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro Township, NJ 08536
Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexible start and end times

Job Responsibilities
- Test fine fragrance samples to evaluate product performance and stability.
- Conduct routine laboratory testing independently while following established procedures.
- Prepare samples, execute tests, and accurately document results.
- Review test results for accuracy and consistency before submission.
- Identify and report quality deviations, including out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Perform initial testing for out-of-specification results according to established procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain assigned laboratory equipment, including calibration and basic maintenance.
- Keep workbenches clean and organized in accordance with laboratory best practices.
- Prepare reports and communicate testing data clearly.
- Meet testing deadlines while following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), applicable GMP standards, and safety requirements.
- Support team members during periods of high workload and perform other laboratory duties as

- At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment.

- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow established testing procedures and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to laboratory safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
- Experience with product testing, stability testing, or quality control.
- Familiarity with GLP, GMP, equipment calibration, and laboratory documentation.
- Experience identifying and documenting out-of-specification results.
