Job Summary
+ The Laborer, Yard/Shop is responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assist mechanic by performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of large and small engines
Education and Experience:
+ Minimum 6 months of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair
+ Small engine, 2 cycle experience
+ Diesel Engine, heavy and light equipment experience
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English)
+ Welding experience
Physical Demands/Requirements:
+ Regular Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
+ Repetitive movement: standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending squatting, stooping
Work Environment:
+ Noise level in work environment is usually moderate and Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions including sun, rain, cold.
