Labview Test Engineer II or III

• Design, develop, and support automated test equipment (ATE) systems.
• Create and maintain software applications using LabVIEW and related National Instruments platforms.
• Design test hardware, electrical interfaces, and data acquisition systems.
• Develop test procedures, validation plans, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot test systems and identify root causes of product and equipment issues.
• Support new product development, sustaining engineering, and manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve testing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance (Level III).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Level II: 3+ years of related experience.
• Level III: 5+ years of related experience (8+ years preferred).
• Strong experience developing applications in LabVIEW.
• Experience designing and implementing Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Experience with National Instruments PXI-based systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience with test system development, data acquisition, and hardware integration.
• Understanding of avionics or industrial communication protocols such as:
  • CAN
  • ARINC 429
  • RS-232
  • I2C

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace, defense, avionics, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• National Instruments LabVIEW certification.
• Experience with TestStand, C#, Python, or similar development environments.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience supporting manufacturing test environments.
• Familiarity with configuration management and verification processes.

• Base salary: $95,000 - $135,000
