Responsibilities

• Perform lab test, interpret the results, and compare results to the customer's requirements.
• Analyze data using Statistical Process Control techniques and adjust manufacturing parameters to achieve property targets.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Work between Lines 30/32 as one team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience
• Demonstration of an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion
• Strong computer aptitude and experience
• Current Berry Global forklift operator's license may be required
• Complete OJT's for Lines 30/32 within 1 year and be able to run both lines. Recertification required annually.
