Land Development Civil EIT

A growing civil engineering firm in Wilmington is adding a Land Development EIT to its site design team. You'll work on commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through permitting, under licensed PEs who will mentor you toward your license.

What you'll do

- Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans in Civil 3D

- Run stormwater calculations and help write drainage reports

- Put together permit packages for city, county, and state review

- Support PMs with client coordination and site visits

What you bring

- BS in Civil Engineering and EIT certification

- 2-5 years of land development or site design experience

- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

- A plan to sit for the PE exam
