Land Development Engineer, PE

Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Land Development Engineer to support commercial, residential, and public site development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utilities
• Prepare site plans, construction drawings, and permit applications
• Coordinate approvals with municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Communicate with developers, owners, and architects
• Assist with construction-phase services and project management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
• 4+ years of land development / site civil experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong organizational and client-service skills
