Land Development Manager

As a Land Development Manager with Ryan Homes, an NVR company, you will be responsible for daily land development management, including monitoring the Community Land Use Approvals and Development Improvements for all communities NVR has under contract with third party development companies, as well as assisting in expediting the process for communities opening for sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the division and NVR developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement process
• Identify bottlenecks and potential delays early and provide solutions and focus in order to meet planned community sales opening dates.
• Participate in due diligence studies on new acquisitions.
• Maintain company standard database to track the status of each community through the municipal approval process and land development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree required, degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Land Development
