Land Development Project Engineer - 1675840

Primary Responsibilities

–Lead the conceptualization of the initial design approach for a significant phase of a large-scale project or assume overall responsibility for engineering tasks on a project with limited scope.

–Develop plans, schedules, and oversee engineering activities, incorporating standard practices while addressing complex design challenges and conflicting requirements.

–May serve in the capacity of an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Project Engineer.

–Provide supervision to less experienced engineers or technical support staff on a project-specific basis, without being a consistently integral part of this role.

–Exercise judgment in independently assessing, selecting, and significantly adapting and modifying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Identify and coordinate additional information requirements with internal clients, collaborating directly with LJA.

–Make fundamental decisions regarding alternative procedures when information is incomplete.

Required Qualifications

–Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

–Licensed Professional Engineer

Required Experience

–A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience

–Proficient in effective communication and capable of establishing robust professional relationships.
