Land Development Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead project team inpreparation of project drawings, calculations, and specification
• Prepare engineeringanalysis, design, calculations, and reports
• Evaluate land use/zoningrequirements
• Prepare permitapplications, work through agency review processes, and obtain approvals
• Site visits duringconstruction phase
• Work as part of teammulti-discipline team
• Mentor/train juniorstaff

• Must be an engineeror designer with experience in land development projects, sustainable design, utilitydesign, and stormwater management design
• 3+ years of designexperience on land development projects
• Experience with K-12site design preferred
• Familiarity withzoning ordinances/site plan approval processes
• Proficient in Civil3D and Office 360 products
