Land Development Project Engineer / PM (PE)

An established civil firm is hiring a licensed PE to lead land development projects and grow client relationships in Wilmington.

What you'll do

- Manage site development projects from due diligence through construction

- Oversee grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design

- Lead permitting with local and state agencies

- Mentor EITs and designers, and review their plans for quality

- Manage budgets and schedules, and help win new work

What you bring

- BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license in North Carolina, or eligibility by comity

- 6+ years of land development experience

- Working knowledge of Civil 3D

- Strong client communication and project management skills
