Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Land Survey Project Manager near Irvine, California. The person for this role will be overseeing survey technicians, boundary survey reviews, across various city, county and state projects.

Responsibilities:
An entrepreneurial spirit in bringing on new clients and maintaining client relationships.
Field and office experience in land surveying.
The ability to manage projects in the field and work in the office.
Prepare and review the proposals, act as a mentor to other technicians and field crew chiefs.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Survey.
A California P.L.S.
Proficient in Civil3D and AutoCAD.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in the field with office experience.
Experience in Topographic surveys, As-Built surveys, Right-of-Way Surveys, GPS Surveys, Construction Staking, etc.
Strong knowledge of municipal engineering principles, practices, and methods.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, contractors, and stakeholders.
