Land Surveyor (LSIT or PS) - Mid-Level

Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering, surveying, and architecture firm in Southwest Michigan, is seeking a mid-level Land Surveyor who wants to learn from a seasoned survey leader and grow into a long-term leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys
• Process field data and prepare survey drawings and legal descriptions
• Conduct records research and boundary analysis
• Support and coordinate field crews
• Work alongside senior surveyors as part of a planned succession path

Requirements:

• LSIT or licensed Professional Surveyor (PS)
• Up to 5 years of land surveying experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey software
• Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership
• Primarily an in-office role
