Land Use Attorney

A growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Real Estate practice with a focus on Land Use and Development. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated development projects within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment known for its strong culture and high-quality legal work.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience and be adept at drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements, Land and Lot Contracts, Loan Documents, and development-related agreements including Covenants & Restrictions, Easements, Development and Construction Contracts, and Cost Share Agreements.
