Landscape and Maintenance Laborer

Industrial Communications, a leader in the telecommunications industry conveniently located off Route 3 in Marshfield, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Year-Round Landscaper/Site Maintenance Laborer to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform site landscape maintenance including lawn mowing, weed whacking, and snow removal at various sites throughout New England.

Conduct site general maintenance such as clearing debris, minor repairs, and moving stock and equipment.

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skill Sets, Experience, etc.) are as follows:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working knowledge of landscape maintenance required.

Ability to maintain physical stamina and work in various weather conditions.

Self-starter, team player, and results-oriented performer.

Ability to pass post-offer/pre-employment background screening and drug screens.

Medical DOT Certification (or ability to obtain).

OSHA 10 certification a plus (or ability and willingness to obtain).

Knowledge of construction is beneficial.
