    What you'll do

    • Lead and mentor a team of landscape architects through all phases of project delivery
    • Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance
    • Develop innovative, sustainable design solutions for a variety of project types including parks, commercial developments, and master planned communities
    • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement design concepts
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including networking, proposal development, interviews, and fee negotiations
    • Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and technical reports
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and permitting requirements
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
    • Continuously improve design processes, project delivery methods, and team performance
    • Support the growth and development of team members through coaching and mentorship

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
    • Professional Landscape Architect license (PLA/RLA) required
    • 8–10+ years of experience in landscape architecture design and project management
    • Experience across multiple project types (e.g., parks, commercial, mixed-use, master planned communities)
    • Strong knowledge of site planning, entitlement processes, and permitting requirements
    • Experience with project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a design team
    • Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    Project Submission

    • Must submit a portfolio that demonstrates design experience and understanding of the full project lifecycle
    • Portfolio should include built project photography, presentation graphics, and representative design materials showcasing technical and creative capabilities

     Schedule:
    On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
