What You'll Do:

Work with design teams on all aspects of a project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans

Prepare landscape and hardscape plans from concept development through construction documents

Support site/civil development, including grading design

Conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture

2+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture; relevant internship(s) preferred

Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills

Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office preferred
