Pay: $20-$25 plus full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects.
• Plan and execute landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and techniques in landscaping.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets.
• Make sure all team has PPE at all times (safety first)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.

We're hiring a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This is a year-round full-time role.

What You'll Do

• Landscape Crew Leader will Lead and motivate a crew of 2--3 team members on job sites
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks
• Operate trucks, 0- turns, walk behinds, push mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Landscape Crew Leader will train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season
