Pay: $15-$18 per hour

Build Better Outdoor Spaces
Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is looking for a dependable Landscape Enhancement Crew Member to help install and maintain attractive, high-quality landscapes. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in the details, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Weed and maintain landscape beds
• Install mulch, decorative stone, and landscape edging
• Trim bushes and shrubs using hand and power tools
• Assist with landscape-bed installations
• Install plants, edging, mulch, and stone
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris
• Follow instructions and complete work safely and efficiently
• Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter season
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous landscape-maintenance experience preferred
• At least one year of experience is a plus
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical outdoor work
• Comfortable working in changing weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
