About the Role:
Grovers Landscape Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in delivering beautiful, high-quality results across the Oregon City and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take pride in your work, inspire your team, and help grow something great — literally. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Oversee daily operations including planting, mowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards
• Communicate job site progress and issues directly to management
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
• Track maintenance logs and project hours and inspect work as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and hardscaping
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers a plus
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Reading drawing plans is a plus

Additional cerification or license is a plus.
