We're looking for a reliable, self driven Landscape Foreman to join our team andlead field operations with professionalism, efficiency, and take pride in their workmanship.Job Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial landscape installation projects- safely Operate heavy equipment- Drive a company truck from the shop to job sites each day- Serve as the on-site contact for customers, handling immediate needs or questions professionally- Coordinate with the landscape supervisor daily to plan and execute all required tasks - Lead and supervise crews to ensure timelines are met while maintaining quality, and safety standards as wellRequired Qualifications- Valid Alabama driver's license- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly- Hands-on experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and machineryPreferred (but not required)- CDL (Commercial Driver's License)- Associate degree or certificate in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field- OSHA Safety Training Certification- Telehandler CertificationCompensation & Benefits- Competitive pay based on experience- Opportunity for advancement within a growing company- Paid holidays and vacation- Ongoing training and certifications
