About the Role:
Hewson Landscape Inc is looking for a hardworking and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our growing team in Plainfield, NJ! Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed
• Apply mulch, soil, and other landscaping materials to job sites
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
• Assist with irrigation, drainage, and hardscape installation projects
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles
• Maintain clean and safe job sites throughout the workday

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred, but will train
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with a crew
• Valid driver's license a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
