What We’re Looking For: A positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and work well in a team Prior landscape construction experience Reliable transportation to and from job sites Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands Able to pass a drug screen (if requested) Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire, not before)

Requirements:

Prior landscape construction experience

Valid driver’s license

Dependable and reliable transportation to and from job sites

Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform a wide range of tasks

Willing and able to pass a drug screen upon request

Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire)

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

Wage Rates (based on skill set)

- Base rate: $20.61 -$26.93/hour

- Vacation: $3.00

- Health Care: $6.00

- Annuity: $3.00

- Training: $.10

- LECET: $.06

-IAP: $.10

- TOTAL: $23.71- $39.19/hr

Advancement based on skills, attitude and job performance.
