Bauman Landscape and Construction is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead field crews and oversee the delivery of high-quality landscape maintenance services for commercial and residential properties.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while managing daily operations, maintaining productivity, and ensuring every job meets our standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a landscape maintenance crew
• Organize daily work assignments and coordinate schedules
• Perform and oversee planting, pruning, irrigation, turf care, and hardscape maintenance
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to project requirements
• Uphold company safety policies and promote a safe work environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond professionally to service requests
• Train, coach, and support crew members to encourage growth and performance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe, working condition

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional landscaping experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a crew lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems
• Ability to manage crews, prioritize work, and maintain productivity
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $39-$41 per hour, based on experience
