Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Doyle & McDonnell, Inc. is looking for dependable people to join our landscape maintenance team in Berwyn, PA. This role focuses on mowing, trimming, weeding, cleanups, and ongoing care of residential and commercial properties throughout the Main Line.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
• Trim and edge lawns, beds, and landscaped areas
• Weed and maintain planting beds
• Prune and maintain shrubs and other landscape plants
• Remove leaves, debris, and other seasonal material
• Assist with mulching, cleanups, and seasonal property maintenance
• Operate and maintain lawn and landscape equipment and hand tools
• Keep equipment, tools, and work areas organized
• Work with your crew to complete daily maintenance routes efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of quality while working on client properties

Schedule & Pay

Starting pay: $17+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
• Early start and early finish
• Optional Saturday work available
• Overtime available at time-and-a-half
• Paid weekly with direct deposit available

What We're Looking For

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, or related experience is helpful
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
• Willingness to learn and safely operate landscape maintenance equipment
• Valid driver's license or photo ID and reliable transportation
