Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Senior Lead

Pay: $27 - $30 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

As a Landscape Maintenance Senior Lead, you'll guide daily landscape maintenance operations while supporting a motivated, fast-paced team. You'll work closely with landscape crews and team members to keep projects running smoothly and deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do

As a Landscape Maintenance Senior Lead, you will be responsible for

• Manage time cards and assign crews for the day

• Lead and support teams of up to six employees

• Train new hires and delegate daily responsibilities

• Apply pesticides and operate lawn mowers, weed trimmers, and edgers

• Perform general maintenance, including sweeping, raking, walkway cleanup, and fountain repairs

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

• At least three seasons of landscape maintenance experience and two seasons of crew lead experience

• Strong team and employee management skills with clear communication

• Irrigation installation, diagnosis, and repair experience, along with strong organization and a positive attitude
