Kanger Lawns is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Team Member to assist with landscape bed maintenance, mulch installation, shrub trimming, seasonal cleanups, and property enhancement projects throughout the Omaha area.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape bed maintenance and cleanup services.
• Install mulch and decorative landscape materials.
• Trim shrubs and ornamental plants.
• Remove weeds and maintain landscape appearance.
• Assist with seasonal property cleanups.
• Support mowing crews during peak workload periods.
• Safely operate landscape equipment and tools.
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications 

• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Basic plant knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday.
• Typical workweek: 35-45 hours.
• Additional hours may be available during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move landscape materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
